Privacy Notice

This notice explains how FemdomFindom handles personal information when you read the site, search the library, comment, subscribe or send a privacy request.

Controller: FemdomFindom, an independent UK-based education site. Use the privacy request form at the end of this notice to contact the site operator without publishing personal contact details.

Information that may be collected

• Information you provide: a name, email address, comment, subscription request, form message or other information entered into the site.
• Technical information: IP address, browser, device, operating system, language, referring page, approximate location, access time and security or activity logs.
• Interactions: pages viewed, search queries, follows, likes, comment activity and cookie or similar-technology data, depending on the WordPress.com features active at the time.

Why information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the site, display and moderate comments, answer requests, manage subscriptions, understand aggregate readership, prevent spam and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the activity, the lawful basis may be consent, legitimate interests in running and protecting the publication, steps taken at your request, or a legal obligation.

WordPress.com and service providers

FemdomFindom is hosted on WordPress.com. Automattic processes visitor information to provide hosting, security, analytics, subscriptions, comments and anti-spam services. Cookies

WordPress.com and active site features may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation, security, preferences, measurement and other functions. Where consent is legally required for non-essential storage or access, the platform’s consent controls should be used. You can also manage cookies through your browser. Retention

Form messages, moderation records and correspondence are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose, security, record-keeping or legal requirements. Published comments may remain while the article is available unless removal is appropriate. Automattic sets its own service-level retention periods; its visitor notice says certain server-log IP data is generally kept for about 30 days.

International processing

WordPress.com and its service providers operate internationally. Personal information may therefore be processed outside the UK. Safeguards and further information about Automattic’s processing are described in its privacy materials.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. These rights are not absolute and the applicable right depends on the lawful basis and context. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Adults only

The publication is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not designed to collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, use the form below.

Make a privacy request

Provide enough information to identify the relevant interaction, but do not include passwords, payment credentials, government identification or unnecessary intimate details.

This notice will be updated when the site’s features or handling practices materially change. The current review date appears below.
